You can choose between the following two options, running over 2 separate cohorts:

1. Social procurement readiness advisory - Social Traders will deliver 3x 1-hour tailored 1-1 advisory sessions for SA social enterprises to develop their social procurement readiness and capacity to win work with government and business. This program will include a diagnostic assessment of needs, 3x 1-hour tailored 1-1 advisory sessions based on the individual needs of the small business, and access to tools and resources to build social procurement readiness. 
2. Business coaching - Collab4Good will deliver up to 3x 1-hour tailored 1-1 tailored coaching sessions that will support SA social enterprise and small businesses with business sustainability and growth needs underpinned by social and environmental impact. This program will include a diagnostic assessment of needs, 3x 1-hour tailored 1-1 coaching sessions with matched coaches who align with each participant’s preferred area for development, and access to relevant tools and resources.
